1. The product

Heartwritten creates one original, personalized song per order based on the information you provide during intake. Songs are approximately 3–4 minutes long and delivered digitally via a private listening page. Heartwritten songs are created with AI for both lyrics and music, then craft-directed by our team. No human singer performs the vocals.

2. Pricing and delivery windows

Heartfelt is $89 with no included revision rounds. Signature is $129 with one revision round, a lyric sheet PDF, and a short social-media highlight clip. Milestone is $169 with extended story intake, two revision rounds, and a lyric video, in addition to Signature benefits. All packages are delivered within 48 hours. Optional add-ons on any package are Rush delivery (+$25, within 24 hours), a framed lyric print (+$49), and an extra version (+$39). Rush purchases priority in our production queue; the song and its quality are identical. Delivery windows are rolling hours (weekends included) and begin only when both your intake is fully submitted and your payment is confirmed. An optional requested date is advisory only and does not alter your order.

3. Your content

You confirm you have the right to share the names, stories, and details you provide, and that they are not defamatory or unlawful. We may decline or refund orders containing hateful or abusive content.

4. Usage rights

You receive a perpetual, personal, non-commercial license to listen to, download, and share your song, including posting it on personal social media and playing it at private events such as weddings, memorials, and parties. Commercial use, such as distributing it on streaming services, selling it, or using it in advertising, requires our written permission.

5. Refunds & revisions

Free fixes: if we mispronounce a name or get a detail you gave us wrong, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll fix it free, on any package.

Revisions: Signature includes one revision round and Milestone includes two. A revision changes lyrics, tone, or style within the same song. A completely new direction counts as a new order.

Late delivery: if we miss your delivery window, we'll refund your Rush fee, or your full order if you prefer.

Refunds: because every song is made to order, we don't refund a delivered song because of a change of mind. If we can't fix a real problem with your song after your free fix or included revisions, we'll refund your order in full.
